Gospel of St Mark Commemorative Screen
The Gospel of St Mark Commemorative Screen (commemorating the work of Athol Gill) was unveiled to an audience of 150 people at the Community Church of Saint Mark on 25th April 2012. Inspired by the vision of Athol Gill and commissioned to celebrate his life, teaching and mission, in particular his biblical perspectives on poverty, this exciting glass installation has been created by artist David Wong.
This unique double-sided screen is believed to be the first of its kind in the world and also breaks new ground with its use of laser cut steel in a glass assemblage.
